GENERAL CRITERIA, TERMS AND PROCEDURES. Acceptable Projects within a qualifying criteria. High entry amount, STG£ / US$ / €100 million project size.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA: Acceptable project feasibility and risk profile. Acceptable location and type of project. Acceptable client / corporation profile / Directors with industry management experience. Acceptable project size (minimum €/US$100 million, or with a combination of projects). Minimum €100m foundation security bank deposit (in client’s own name/control).
DOCUMENTATION: Essential documentation is required for formal analyses, assessment, bank compliance, approval to be able to explore the possibilities and options. - Executive Summary, Business Plan, Feasibility Study, Cash-flow analyses. - Corporate Profile, Certificate of Incorporation. - Authorised Directors - passport copies, Curriculum Vitae (qualifications, experience, etc.). - Proof of Funds: a current Bank Statement and Bank Confirmation Letter. - Licensing or authority, building permission.
